I’ve always had a very think outside the box mindset — constantly curious, constantly creating, and always looking for new ideas, projects, and ways to experience the world differently.

And that is exactly what led me to create Curated by Carol Champell.

Because I know arriving in a country like Mexico can feel overwhelming.
Questions about safety, where to stay, which restaurants are actually worth it, how to move around comfortably, and how to avoid wasting time in places that don’t match the experience you’re looking for.

TIME IS VALUABLE.

And when people travel — especially to a country as large and diverse as Mexico — I believe every day should feel exciting, effortless, inspiring, and deeply aligned with what they personally enjoy most.

My goal is simple: to help people experience the very best version of Mexico through carefully curated recommendations designed around the way they travel.

MEXICO EXPERIENCE

Originally from Spain, I started living abroad from a very young age — spending a year in England at 10 years old, later studying in the United States and France during high school, and eventually completing a double degree in Law and Business Administration in Madrid, while also spending a year of university living in Switzerland.

Living across different countries and cultures from such a young age completely shaped my perspective, creativity, and the way I approach life today.

Over the years, I’ve built my own marketing agency while also working as a travel and gastronomy influencer, collaborating with internationally recognized brands and projects across different parts of the world, including campaigns such as the relocation launch of the Hard Rock Hotel in Madrid, alongside collaborations in destinations like Dubai, the Philippines, France, England, MonacoColombia (Four Seasons) and Mexico.

I also had the opportunity to write for VOGUE about gastronomy — something that reflects one of my biggest passions: discovering places that feel special, elevated, and truly memorable.

Today, I bring that same perspective into curating personalized experiences in Mexico City, creating unforgettable experiences always tailored to each person’s style and the way they love to travel.
